Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. We'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your honey.
